SEDADI HOLIDAYS Cancellation, Refund & Travel Policy
This page outlines the cancellation, refund, liability, and travel policies applicable to all tours and travel services arranged by SEDADI Holidays. By confirming a booking with SEDADI Holidays, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Air Ticket Policy
1.1 Private Tours For private tours, once the air tickets are issued, they are strictly non-refundable. However, a date change may be requested within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of departure, subject to airline policies, availability, and applicable charges imposed by the airline.
1.2 Group ToursFor group tours organized by SEDADI Holidays, air tickets are strictly non-refundable and date changes are not permitted once the tickets have been issued.
2. Visa Processing Fees
For destinations requiring a visa, once the visa application has been submitted, the visa processing fee is strictly non-refundable.
3. Flight Cancellations
In the event that an airline cancels a scheduled flight, any refundable amount provided by the airline will be refunded to the passenger in accordance with the airline’s refund policy.
However, if the passenger voluntarily cancels the tour or booking, the amount paid for air tickets and other related services shall be non-refundable.
4. Registration Fee
The registration fee paid to confirm participation in any tour or travel package is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Unforeseen Situations or Prevailing Conditions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or prevailing situations within the destination country that result in delays or disruptions to travel arrangements:
In the event that destinations or attractions included in the itinerary become unsafe, inaccessible, or restricted due to floods, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of SEDADI Holidays, the company reserves the right to arrange alternative locations, attractions, or activities for passengers where reasonably possible in order to continue the tour safely.
6. Travel Insurance and Personal Liability
Travel insurance is not compulsory for passengers travelling with SEDADI Holidays. However, passengers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage for their own protection.
While SEDADI Holidays will assist passengers and ensure they are supported during emergencies, including accompanying them to hospitals or medical facilities when necessary, SEDADI Holidays shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses, hospital charges, accidents, loss, damages, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the tour.
SEDADI Holidays will ensure that passengers are not left unattended in such situations, but the financial responsibility for such expenses remains with the passenger.
7. Last-Minute Cancellations
7.1 Cancellation Ten (10) Days Prior to Travel
If the passenger cancels the tour within ten (7) days prior to the scheduled travel date, the full payment made for the tour shall be non-refundable.
7.2 Cancellation Fourteen (14) Days Prior to Travel
If the passenger cancels the tour fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled travel date, the tour package cost may be refunded, excluding the following non-refundable components where applicable:
8. Personal Belongings and Responsibility
SEDADI Holidays will ensure that passengers are looked after throughout the duration of the tour. However, each passenger is personally responsible for safeguarding their belongings, including but not limited to passports, money, valuables, electronics, and travel documents.
Passengers are also responsible for carrying their required personal medications and attending to their own personal health requirements during the tour. SEDADI Holidays will not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
9. Photography and Media Usage
Photographs and videos taken during the tour, including those shared within group chats or captured by the tour manager, may be used by SEDADI Holidays for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, marketing materials, and advertisements.
If any passenger does not wish to appear in such photos or promotional material, they are required to inform the tour manager in advance prior to the commencement of the tour.
10. Travel Requirements for Senior Passengers
Passengers who are 65 years of age or above are advised not to travel alone on SEDADI Holidays group tours.Such passengers are required to travel with a family member or a responsible companion to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the tour.
